# Emerging Tech Center > The Emerging Tech Center (ETC) is a working community for Arizona's emerging technology, anchored in Phoenix. We run free education, weekly events, a public jobs board, civic programs, and a network of independent ventures that ship under one brand and give back to the community. ETC is governed by a published constitution, operated under a five-seat voting Board of Officers, and enforced in code. New venture partners are welcome. This file is a curated map of the Emerging Tech Center website, designed for AI assistants and language-model crawlers. It points to the most useful pages and content sources.
