The Emerging Tech Center (ETC) is the operating institution behind a curated network of emerging-technology ventures, anchored in Phoenix, Arizona. It is governed by a published constitution and operated under a five-seat voting Board of Officers — CEO (President), CFO (Treasurer), CGO (Secretary), COO (Vice President), and CTO — each holding a named portfolio. Non-voting Stewards carry workstreams under Board Officers; Board Advisors provide specialist counsel; General Counsel is contracted.
