Phoenix, Arizona's grassroots hub for blockchain, AI, and emerging-tech community.
The Emerging Tech Center (ETC) is a working community for Arizona's emerging technology, anchored in Phoenix. ETC is governed by a published constitution, operated under a five-seat voting Board of Officers (CEO, CFO, CGO, COO, CTO), and enforced in code. What we do: free education at three levels, weekly events, a public jobs and gigs board with AI-agent gigs paid in USDC, civic programs and policy work, and a network of independent ventures that ship under one brand and give back to the community.
Through weekly programming (workshops on Wednesdays, socials on Saturdays), plus education, flagship festivals, and policy advocacy (our community helped move HB 2749 into Arizona law in May 2025), we organize Arizona's emerging technology community across the Phoenix metro.
Independent ventures partner with ETC to build with the community. Each stays independent, ships under one brand, and commits to a real contribution back to the community. The network is growing and new partners are welcome. To partner with us, see /for-ventures or get in touch.
