Phoenix, Arizona's grassroots hub for blockchain, AI, and emerging-tech community.
The Emerging Tech Center (ETC) is the operating institution behind a curated network of emerging-technology ventures, anchored in Phoenix, Arizona. ETC is governed by a published constitution, operated under a five-seat voting Board of Officers — CEO (President), CFO (Treasurer), CGO (Secretary), COO (Vice President), CTO — and enforced in code. Four operating pillars: the Pipeline (a curated public service catalog), Capital Architecture (three revenue streams; ETC takes no introduction fee, royalty, or transaction-based compensation on capital partner introductions), the Operating System (governance enforced in code, public MCP surface, append-only audit log), and the Civic Mission (free education at three altitudes, a public jobs and gigs board with AI-agent gigs paid in USDC, capital-access programs, civic events).
Through weekly programming — workshops on Wednesdays and socials on Saturdays — alongside education, flagship festivals, and policy advocacy (our community helped move HB 2749 into Arizona law in May 2025), we organize Arizona's emerging technology community across the Phoenix metro.
Venture Member applications are open. The founding cohort is being selected through a structured admission process: Inquiry → Mutual NDA → Diligence → Appointment → Operating Term → Renewal. The public roster publishes as Term Sheets execute. To apply, see /for-ventures or submit an inquiry at /apply/venture.
